2. Sales Tax?
Sales Tax Prices on the website do not include sales tax or any other customs duties, use, value added, excise, federal, state, local or other taxes. New York residents will be charged sales tax, but all other such duties or taxes shall be paid by you, or, in lieu thereof, customer shall provide us with an appropriate tax exemption certificate.

International orders will not be processed, except for Canada.

Repair
1.Can you repair?
●We will repair any item purchased through the online store. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer to process the repair.
●We offer repairs due to user wear, production fault, lost earring mates, or any other alteration to a piece of Satomi Kawakita Jewelry. We stand behind the quality of our merchandise and are happy to provide repairs due to breakage or damage free of charge for one year from the date of purchase on our online store. After one year, repairs may incur a charge. Elective repairs, such as ring resizing or chain lengthening, or errors by the customer typically involve a charge. They are repaired at the owner's expense plus the shipping charge.
Based on stones or designs, not all rings can be resized, so please contact us at info@satomikawakita.com
2.Can you resize?
●Resizing available up and down less than 2. Resizing 18K rings cost $20, silver $15. contact us for platinum rings resizing. For rings, please get your exact ring size(available in quarter size) for ordering products. You can visit a local jeweler to get your finger size.
● Switching earrings post(for studs earrings) to screw back posts: available only in 18K earrings and cost $30. To prevent losing earrings by daily wearing, we recommend to order them with screw back posts(additional $20 to original price with straight posts). Studs earrings with screw back posts are special order and not returnable. Screw back posts are not available for sterling silver pieces. Price upon request for platinum pieces.Should an item need to be returned for repair, please contact us to receive a return authorization (RA) number. Products for repair should be shipped to the address on RETURN POLICY page. Please clearly mark all packages with your RA number; we are unable to accept unauthorized returns and will not accept these packages.
3.Can I purchase a half pair of earrings?
Half pairs of earrings cost half the price of a full pair of earrings plus shipping.
Refund
1. What is the procedure for a refund?
We can only refund if the return is a result of our error.
Refunds are issued based on the form of payment made.
A check will be issued if paid by money order or check. If paid by credit card, a credit will be issued to the credit card provided on record for that specific order.
