There is no minimum purchase required to redeem your reward. You can use it whenever the moment feels right.

How do I join the loyalty program?
Simply click “Create an account” to join.
Once you’re a member, points are automatically added to your account each time you shop. Points will appear as soon as yoåur order is processed.
Can points be earned for my past purchases?
We’re deeply grateful for your support. Since SKJ Rewards is a new program, we’re only able to award points on purchases made after the program launch.
Are rewards valid on One-of-a-Kind pieces?
Yes, rewards can be redeemed on One-of-a-Kind pieces.
When will my points be updated?
Your points will be added to your account as soon as your order is processed.
How do I receive my reward?
You can view your points anytime by clicking the “Rewards” widget on our website and signing in to your account. Your current points balance will be displayed there.
Click “How to spend points” to see if you’re eligible to redeem. Rewards can be redeemed in 750-point increments, and once redeemed, the discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
After each purchase, you’ll also receive an email with your updated points balance and redemption details.
Can rewards be combined with discounts?
No, rewards cannot be combined with any discounts.
If I use a discount code on my order, will I still earn points?
Yes, you’ll still earn points when using a discount code. Points are calculated based on the final purchase total after discounts, excluding taxes or shipping.
Is there a minimum purchase required to use my reward?
No, there is no minimum purchase required. You've earned it!
Can I redeem more than $50 at a time?
Yes, rewards can be redeemed in 750-point increments. If you have 1,500 points, you can redeem them for $100 off.
Can I earn points on sale items?
Yes, points are earned on both full-price and sale purchases.
Can rewards be used on special orders?
Yes, rewards can be used on special orders.
What happens to my points if I return an item?
If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No, points are non-transferable.
Do I earn points on taxes, shipping, and services?
No, points are earned on merchandise totals only. You will not earn points on taxes, shipping, or services (resizing, engravings, rush service, etc.).
